Dark arts

Sold out

A gelatin silver print from my collection of darkroom photographs.

On occasion, I enter the darkroom and process a negative using an enlarger and the appropriate chemicals. A time-consuming process, but very rewarding, as nothing compares to an analog processed gelatin silver photograph.

The image is captured on black and white film with my Leica camera from 1963. All the subsequent processing is mine, from developing the negative to printing on baryta, or fiber paper, washing and drying.
