Orders are sent via the Danish postal service Postnord and International Standard Delivery overseas. There is no tracking due to the exorbitant fees for this service. As I try to absorb some of the ever increasing shipping rates, I’ve decided to offer a flat rate for all purchases at $20.

In the case of very special items, I offer a tracked and signed option to the UK, Europe and Worldwide, calculated on the basis of your location.

Depending on the nature of your product, I aim to ship within 2 working days, but I may take longer if the work requires more time to produce, though usually no more than 7 days.

RETURNS, LOST ITEMS, AND LATE DELIVERY

As a general rule, I do not accept returns of my special editions or the original art that I create, but if an item arrives damaged, let me know and I will try to replace it.

Please note, however, that it is not possible to replace original artwork. If a special edition pack (book, scent, calligraphy, photography) gets lost in the mail, I can either refund you, or I can make a new rendition of it for you if possible. While it may not be quite the same, the value of it will be no different. I will not replace item without your prior consent.

If an item does not reach you within 30 days from shipping, let me know and I will send you a new one – provided that the item is still available or approved by you, in case of a replacement.

Please make sure to have the correct delivery address on your order. I do not take responsibility for orders sent to the wrong address.
