Wealth and fairness · Venus on Spica

On Friday September 13, Venus day, I had my magic scissors out. I sacrificed a large piece of silk in order to prepare it for conjuration. Astrologically speaking, as a powerful Venus in Libra, her own sign, approaches the even more powerful fixed star Spica, with whom Venus shares a number of affinities, we are here with an exquisite bon chance for wealth and success in legal matters.

My idea of capturing this bon chance is by creating a new anointing oil, b o n , to use on the face. The oils I make have exquisitely beneficial properties for the skin. As they are also crafted using magical technologies, there is an added bonus – though in the context of my talismanic offerings, the magic comes first and the radiant face after.

But since both Venus and Spica are astronomical bodies of great beauty, I endeavoured to give equal attention to both the power to glow and the power to attract. In many textbooks on success, beauty is seen as a strong attractor leading to power. It's as if a bon chance or a good opportunity follows beautiful people, even without their making any effort for it. Hence we say, how lucky...

My idea of participating actively in beauty, especially the kind that does not rely on flattery or glamor that has no substance, is by observing when the planets align and then crafting magic in accordance.

Conjure time

On September 18 when Venus and Spica made make their closest conjunction, I sat at my desk painting on silk with gold, copper, and peridot inks. I had already cut out the silk in small patches and tested my inks, while my oils were already maturating under a spell of enchantment.

The Venus on Spica anointing oil talisman, b o n , is similar to my previous anointing oils: a 10 ml bottle with a dropper containing a most magical blend of natural essences: rose damascena, rosemary, rose geranium, rosehip seed oil, palmarosa, bois de rose, sage, clary sage, and Japanese rose, or camellia sinensis.

The sigil

Spica's glyph is drawn in the appropriate hour on silk using gold, copper, and peridot inks. As usual, my 'conjure den' went up in fumes, what with the appropriate incense burning with the purpose of drawing down stellar power.

The magic behind it · oil, sigil, hag stone

There are 17 bottles available, accompanied by the silk sigil. Since I went to the sea immediately after my magical operation and spotted hag stones, I decided to include one with each purchase.

Apply the oil to your face and attract wealth. As for the silk sigil, apply a drop of oil to it, and then put it in your pocket as you would a handkerchief, or in your wallet. If you like it a lot, you may even frame it. Use the hag stone to repel scarcity.

Availability

The anointing oil is available on Wednesday, September 18, at 6PM Copenhagen time. 17 bottles of 10 ml face oil featuring 100% all-natural ingredients + a sigil + a hag stone. Made in Denmark with love.

How to use it

Apply a few drops on your face in the morning. The oil performs a double function. First, as a cosmetic intervention, it lends your face radiance and nourishment. Then, as a magical talisman, the face oil ensures that your natural radiance gets a boost. Concocted under stellar power by drawing down the double rays of Venus and Spica into it, the oil participates in attracting wealth and success in legal matters for you.

As for the silk sigil and the hag stone, apply a drop of oil to the sigil, and then put it in your pocket as you would a handkerchief, or in your wallet. If you like it a lot, you may even frame it. Use the hag stone to repel scarcity, as in, send it off through the hole in the stone, by using your breath.
